Processing Time
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Times: Once your order is processed, shipping typically takes:

Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available only for certain locations)

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping method you choose.
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery, depending on your country's regulations. ON.GOD is not responsible for any additional fees incurred at customs.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. ON.GOD is not responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
If you notice an error with your shipping information after placing your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at sales@ongodcorp.com and we will do our best to assist you in updating your address before shipment.
Order Issues & Lost Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us at sales@ongodcorp.com as soon as possible. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue. In the event this does happen, please allow up to 10 business days for the carrier to investigate and resolve lost package claims.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds however exchanges are available on select items only. To be eligible for an exchange, the products MUST be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original condition. If you wish to exchange an eligible item, you must contact un within 3 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange as quickly as possible.
